Life Drawing One Day Saturday Workshops

Classes are structured around technical advice and group demonstrations with one to one tuition to enable participants to take the subject to their own level. All elements of life drawing including proportion, perspective, composition, anatomy, line, gesture, tone, and colour as well as problem areas such as portraiture, hands and feet. Participants are encouraged to use this knowledge as a basis through which to develop their own style, using a wide range of mediums and approaches.

Our Life Drawing classes offer a high standard of professional teaching and are suitable for all levels, including the complete beginner. Tutors are experienced and aim to provide clear, fun classes in an enagaging format.

General Life Drawing Workshops
A great general class with demonstrations, lots of instruction for beginners and one to one advice for those with more experience. Participants work with different materials such as pen and ink, coloured pastels, coloured paper and charcoal and will also try different approaches including quick sketching, experimental drawing techniques as well as longer more indepth drawing. The class is informative and relaxed- great for portfolio building.
